We may use SMS and MMS messages (collectively, "texts") to communicate with you for purposes such as account notifications, security alerts, customer support, appointment reminders, transactional updates, verification codes, and/or marketing messages, depending on the specific program you opt into. Program details, including message frequency, will be disclosed at the point of opt-in.
We send texts only to the mobile number you provide and only after you have given the required consent, in compliance with A2P messaging rules, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and carrier/CTIA guidelines. Consent methods may include, for example, checking an opt-in box on a form, entering your phone number and submitting a form that clearly discloses texting, replying with a keyword, or initiating communication with us via text.
By opting into a texting program, you represent that you are the account holder or usual user of the mobile number you provided, and that you are authorized to provide consent to receive texts at that number. You are not required to consent to receive marketing texts as a condition of purchasing any goods or services (where applicable). Non-marketing, transactional, or security-related texts may still be sent where permitted by law, even without marketing consent.
Message frequency will vary by program and your interactions with us (for example, responses to your messages, confirmations, or alerts). Unless otherwise stated at opt-in, you may receive recurring texts. Standard message and data rates may apply to any text messages sent or received, as determined by your mobile carrier. Your carrier may charge you for SMS, MMS, or data usage. We are not responsible for any message or data charges you may incur.
You may opt out of receiving marketing or program-specific texts from us at any time by replying with a recognized opt-out keyword such as "STOP", "END", "CANCEL", "UNSUBSCRIBE", or "QUIT" to any message you receive from us. After you send an opt-out request, you may receive a one-time confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. No further marketing texts will be sent to your number from that program unless you subsequently opt in again.
Opting out of one SMS program does not necessarily opt you out of all text communications from us (for example, account security alerts or different programs you separately enrolled in). To opt out of all texts, you may need to follow the opt-out instructions for each specific program or contact us using the information in the "Contact Us" section below.
If you need assistance with our text programs, reply "HELP" to any message you receive from us. We will respond with information about how to opt out and how to get further help. You may also contact us directly using the details provided in the "Contact Us" section of this SMS Privacy Policy or our main Privacy Policy.
